Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, returns are generally not accepted once a product is opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and product images.
Replacement or Refund
After verification, we may offer:
• Product replacement
• Refund to the original payment method (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Products
Products that are opened, used, or damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for return or refund.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) where available
All payments are processed through secure payment gateway providers.
Order Verification
Some orders may require phone or WhatsApp verification before dispatch.
Advance Payment for COD Orders
For certain Cash on Delivery orders, a small advance payment may be required to confirm the order.
Failed Transactions
If a payment fails but the amount is deducted, banks usually reverse the amount within 5–7 working days.
